Ms Rose Mwalongo has advocated journalists freedom

Ms Rose Mwalongo has advocated to owners, Shareholders and Directors not to interfere the journalists freedom of disseminating news to the audience. Ms Mwalongo who is also a trainer for the Dar es Salaam Declaration on Editorial Freedom,Independence and Responsibility(DEFIR)has said that during the panel discussion nurturing upcoming media proffession' She urged that it is necessary for these individuals and the interests they represent on their own to desist their influence in a manner that is inimical to editorial independence.
